All flower bouquets and arrangements you order online are personally hand delivered by our local florists. The vase is generally for the purpose of photographs only unless otherwise stated in the product description. You may wish to order the vase separately as an add-on, available above on this page. Unless the vase is ordered, the florist will deliver hand-tied or wrapped bouquets.

Our florists cannot guarantee a time of delivery. The florist will generally contact the recipient beforehand to confirm the address and arrange a delivery time. Deliveries usually take place from 10am to 6pm, with exceptions being allowed due to recipient availability and the florist’s workload during special holidays.

Regular – Will closely resemble the style and size that is shown in the photograph.

Preferred –The florist may add a ribbon or wrapping when ordering this option and increase the foliage. The florist may also increase the amount of flowers. We cannot determine the exact flowers which will be added and by how many stems as this depends on local availability by the florist.

Deluxe – Guarantees more flowers and foliage than the preferred and regular, and in some cases would also add wrapping, ribbon, or other complementary flowers and greens which may not be shown in the photograph, but which would be ideal to the overall style of the product.
